1855
N.P. Dodge I and his older brother, Grenville, opened a tiny land office in Council Bluffs and built the foundation for what is now America’s longest running real estate company.
1900
N.P. Dodge II moved the company across the river to Omaha. He devised a way to develop and sell single family lots to the average wage-earner making the dream of home ownership come true for working-class people.
1950
N.P. Dodge III went on to concentrate the company’s operations in residential construction, insurance, mortgage lending, commercial and residential sales. There were more than 200 NP Dodge subdivisions in 103 cities throughout the United States.
1985
National Equity, Inc. opens its doors in 1985 with founders Kate Dodge and Randy Wilson. Over the next decade NEI Global Relocation expanded to 42 countries, then 70 and today are in 128 countries.
2021
86Dodge Branch Office opens as the largest residential real estate office in central Omaha.
